Peace and tranquility amongst breathtaking Umbrian countryside

2km out of Citta di Castello, Il Cappuccio was centrally located for trips to Assisi, Perugia, Firenze, Arezzo, Gubbio, Cortona and Ravenna. It is a beautiful hidden away gem of a place. If you are looking for gorgeous countryside with peace and quiet to wind down in, then this is the perfect place.
Our days were either spent lazing by the pool enjoying the sunshine and views of the Tiber valley or exploring the seemingly endless Umbrian and Tuscan villages full to the brim of culture, grogeous architecture and mouth-watering foods and wines.

2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor, antique and tasteful furnishings: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed. Living room with dining corner. Kitchenette with TV can be hired, exit to the veranda. Shower/WC.

Grande

3-room apartment 95 m2 on 1st floor, antique and tasteful furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 sleeping possibility. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer) with TV can be hired, exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is an open fireplace in the kitchen.

House/Residence

The holiday farm Il cappuccio is situated in elevated position on the hills dominatiing the Alta Valle del tevere, the river Tiber valley, only 10 km from Tuscany. Is set on a farm with 21 ha grounds at 650 m above sea level, with vineyards, olive groves, forest and a small lake (fishing). There are 4 outbuidings, 3 divided into apartments. Sansepolcro 20 km. Perugia 45 km. Gubbio 40 km. Farm "Il Cappuccio", 4 km from the centre of Città di Castello, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, meadow, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 08.05.-25.09.), outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Private, garden furniture. In the house: table-tennis. Games room, laundry, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request: 700 m long uneven motor access. Parking. Shop 1 km, bus stop 500 m, tennis 4 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
